City Council will submit its draft proposal for a police accountability board for consideration with the February legislation packet, City Council officials announced Monday.

The proposal, which has been undergoing changes and discussion in recent months, aims to create an independent office of government known as the police accountability board, which would investigate and adjudicate complaints of police misconduct in the Rochester community and would have jurisdiction to discipline city law enforcement employees.
