Paul was elected to the House Committee of the Rochester Police Locust Club, Inc. in November, 2014 and appointed as Chairman of the House Committee by President Mazzeo in 2018. Prior to holding the position of Chairman of the House Committee, Paul has held many positions within the Locust Club including Section Representative, Platoon Representative, and House Committee member. He serves on the contract negotiating committee, healthcare committee and Political Action Committee.
